Ken is the founder and CEO of the Wilson Marketing Group, Inc., and
is a strategy and marketing consultant with over thirty three years
of experience providing consulting services to
company boards, CEO’s, and senior management, for startups through
to fortune 100 companies.
He
is an accomplished, innovative marketing and strategy leader who has
proven expertise in marketing strategy, marketing planning,
improving marketing effectiveness, competitive positioning, new
concept/product development, and driving change in companies to
improving their bottom line performance.
He has guiding both domestic
and international teams as well as cross-functional teams, to
deliver achieve sustainable, organic growth.
Ken’s academic background has encompassed teaching MBA classes in
marketing and strategy at the Graduate School of Business at the
University of St. Thomas for over two decades. He has also lectured
on marketing and strategy at the University of Minnesota, Carlson
School of Management and is an author, seminar leader, and
facilitator on a variety of marketing planning and strategy topics,
and has authored two books, Strategic Marketing Planning, and
Product Marketing Management. He has authored a number of articles
on planning, strategy, and marketing. Ken has an MBA from Queens
University in Marketing and Management and B.Sc. in Business from
the University of Minnesota in Business and Engineering.
